This little "Red Box" MX Performance CDI from TrailBikes is specifically designed for MX use. Improves throttle response across the power band while at the same time eliminating the rev limiter found in the stock Honda CDI. Best suited for 88cc+ Motors, but will work with the 50cc motors also. Easy to install. Fits Honda XR/CRF50.

Works fine...not for 50cc's though imo	June 1, 2011

The product works fine, but personally I wouldn't put it on a 50cc. Probably better for 88cc. Reason: It sucked out all my low end torque out of my 50cc. BUT it did make my top end alot faster and smoother for my 50cc.

So the product does work, but I'd stick to a different rev box or a 88cc if you want to keep the low in torque.
