As always ESD's shipping is lightning fast. Product was packaged well. I was impressed by the quality of the stainless steel fasteners that came with it, something easily overlooked. You get 2 allen head screws with washers and Nylock nuts as well as a smaller allen head screw with washer to retain a front number plate, all stainless steel. The quality of the riser is good. Installation was straight forward. It was a little tight getting the socket into the bottom of the riser to tighten the nuts onto the studs of the bars, but with some wiggling it tightened down snug and square. be sure not to install the small allen screw and washer untill after you install the riser block onto the bike. I can now turn the bars lock-to-lock without hitting my knees or having to splay my legs, but its real close. Im 5'7" and thats sitting all the way at the back of the seat. TOOLS NEEDED: 12mm socket / 13mm socket or wrench / ratchet / 6mm allen.
